Event details

Middle and high school students will spend a weekend at Camp Whispering Pines for worship, small-group conversation, outdoor games, and rest. Adult chaperones from the parish will accompany the group throughout the retreat.

Registration includes lodging, meals, and round-trip transportation from St. Mary's. Students should arrive at the parish hall on Friday evening for check-in; we return Sunday around noon. Exact departure and return times will be shared after registration closes.

Permission forms and a packing list are available from the youth office and will also be emailed to registered families. Please return signed forms one week before departure. Students should pack modest clothing suitable for cool evenings and active outdoor games.

Scholarships are available. Reach out privately if cost is a concern. No young person should miss the retreat because of finances. Partial and full scholarships can be arranged discreetly through the parish office.

Parents who wish to volunteer as drivers or chaperones should contact the youth coordinator as early as possible. Spots are limited and require a brief orientation and safeguarding clearance.
