Event details

Families and friends are invited to gather in the parish hall to make Advent wreaths and begin the season together. Tables will be set with greenery, candles, ribbon, and simple instructions for every age.

Materials are provided. A small suggested donation helps cover greens and candles; give what you can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Speak with a volunteer at the door if you need support.

Come after the 11:00 AM Mass. Light lunch snacks will be available so you can eat while you craft. The workshop usually runs about ninety minutes, though you are free to leave whenever your wreath is complete.

Children are welcome with a parent or guardian. Volunteers will help younger kids with candle placement and cutting. Please dress for a hands-on craft. Pine sap and ribbon glue are part of the fun.

Take your wreath home with a short prayer card for lighting the candles each Sunday of Advent. Extra cards will be available for neighbors or relatives who could not attend.
